We offer two Sunday School classes for the adults in our church to participate in, both classes begin at 9:15 a.m.
BIBLE STUDY CLASS (Room "A")
Teachers: Karen Seal, Bob Dalglish, Anita Cooper & Betty Sneed
The Bible study class uses curriculum, from The Present Word which is a beginning to end Bible study series. Teachers and learners come together to reflect on the Biblical text and to act on what they discover there. The sessions feature the great celebrations of the Christian Church, which study the life of Christ and bring to believers the significant events of that life. The curriculum is published jointly by the Christian Church, the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, the Moravian Church in America, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and the United Church of Christ.

The Four Loves by CS Lewis
For the month of February, in honor of Valentine's Day our social issues class is going to explore the mystery and power of divine love. Through God's love, our relationships are strengthened, and we grow in wisdom and grace even in times of conflict.
Using CS Lewis' classic book, "The Four Loves," we will discuss the four kinds of human love: Affection, Friendship, Romantic Love, Love of God.
This book has been described as one of Lewis' best. Some argue that his chapter on love and God may be the best thing the author ever wrote about Christianity. If you would like to order a copy of the book please do so online, or call the church office.
